Y2K vintage Joseph Ribkoff belted top with striped waistcoat. This amazing Y2K black velvet top features a sewn in brown striped cropped waistcoat with a functional zip, a relaxed round neck, an attached belt and shoulder pads. Made in Canada from a synthetic blend with a synthetic lining.
