Girls handmade 1960s vintage dress with pink stripes, pockets and bows – Age 10/12

Girls handmade 1960s vintage dress with pink stripes, functional pockets and pretty bow details. Features a lovely cut-away Peter-Pan-style collar and buttons centrally on the front down to the hips. The dress is front opening and closes with poppers located behind the buttons. I’m not 100% sure what the material is exactly because it is handmade and doesn’t have a care label, but he material feels like a mid-weight cotton and has a lovely fine smooth finish. The proportions of this dress and slightly shorter than what you expect for an adult so we think it was designed to fit a child – or a petite person – but please refer to the garment measurements below as our recommended size really is an estimate.

Our recommended size: age 10-12 or petite UK size 8 (very approximate)

Condition: Very good vintage condition; handmade so some visible hand-stitching (which personally I love!) and if we’re being very picky there is minor discolouration inside the neck towards the edges (but its really not noticeable – and when worn you couldn’t even see it!)
