Womens vintage white ruffle blouse in white and navy by Graff Californiawear Circa 1960s 70s. Full length buttoned closure on back. The ruffles are simply gorgeous, and white fabric is semi sheer.

Condition: Good vintage condition. The item has numerous marks, the most prominet shown in the last 4 pics. The worst are concentrated around the back left shoulder and arm, there are also some marks on the lower sleeves. None of these detract from glamour of this quality vintage item, and everyones eyes will be on those ruffles!!

Material: No label. Very likely cotton.
